Comedy, musical, science fiction. After being dismissed from his job as a civil servant by corrupt Mayor Rigatoni, Abdullah kills his boss in cold blood. He soon gets a new job in the town butcher shop, owned by Bob Sanderson. Unbeknownst to Bob, Abdullah is more concerned in using the meat cooler as a hiding place for the Mayor's. Meanwhile, in outer space, a pair of aliens discovers that the butcher shop is a rich source of 'Balonium', a radioactive fuel generated when Bob's meat scraps combine with the chemicals in his septic tank. In order to harvest the Balonium, the space invaders bring the Mayor back to life, who in turn employs contractor Joe Wyzinski to erect a large pavilion called 'Vision of Tomorrowland', that is actually a landing pad for the aliens, right to be built on the site of the butcher shop, which Bob learns must be demolished immediately. But before the job can start, Joe's nerdy son Jan also detects Balonium as a possible fuel resource for his own homemade space rocket, and makes plans to get it first.
