Isabelle Carré plays Mousse, a young woman who narrowly survives an accidental overdose that claims the life of her lover (Melville Poulaud, Time to Leave). Shocked to learn that she is pregnant, Mousse attempts to put her life back on track and flees to a house far from Paris where, several months later, she is joined by Louis’ brother Paul. United in their grief, Mousse and Paul begin to form a bond, despite their very different personal lives. This new film from the acclaimed and prolific director François Ozon is among his very finest.
