The third film in her loose trilogy, Exhibition finds Joanna Hogg (Unrelated and Archipelago) ensconced in an urban environment as she documents the relationship between D (Viv Albertine) and H (Liam Gillick). As with her previous work, Hogg explores the normally uncharted areas of human relationships, where the lines between affection and irascibility, love and loathing are blurred. It is an uncompromising work by a unique filmmaker.
